Motorized Roller Shades
Motorized Roller Shades are the Doctors' most popular
system. We provide a diverse range of rolling fabrics for almost any application
ranging from complete blackout, to darkening, to translucent filtering including
UV protection for indoor furnishings. You can select from light-filtering
cottons, polyesters, or room-darkening laminated fiberglass yarns, and even
the hem styles and fabric trims to add the finishing touch to your shade.
The Doctor recommends Roller Shades for almost any application but especially
where there is not a lot of casement space and in applications where complete
blackout is desired.
Motorized Horizontal Blinds
We offer a complete range of horizontal Venetian style
motorized blinds. Horizontal blinds offer an immense range of variable light
and view control. They can be completely hidden when open or provide degrees
of subdued lighting through being tilted at an angle when down. The Vanes
are available in many choices of Fabrics PVC, or Aluminum. We now offer a
sheer fabric Venetian that can provide a translucent glow even when fully
closed. The doctor reccomends motorized horizontal blinds for any medium sized
window.
Motorized Vertical Blinds
Our Vertical blinds provide quality light control with
a diverse availability of materials, colors and textures. Vanes are available
in many choices of Fabrics PVC, or Aluminum. We use state of the art motorized
tracking systems that are as reliable as they are easy to use, and we will
set you up with a control option that puts the power at your fingertips. While
the Doctor recommends Vertical Blinds for taller windows and sliding doors
they also have tremendous design flexibility for specialty windows.
Motorized Cellular Shades
These custom made shades can be made with sheer, privacy,
room darkening and fire retarding fabrics and liners. Cellular shades come
in soft textured, woven and non-woven fabrics sandwiched together to create
cross sectional honeycomb shapes that trap air for maximum energy efficiency
and sound reduction and are available in single, double and triple cell formats
for varying degrees of light control and privacy. The Doctor recommends cellular
shades for any specialty window, including arches, circles, skylights or boat
windows.
Motorized RomaSol© Shades
Romasol is Dr. Shades' unique version of motorized Roman
shades. We offer a complete selection that have the look and feel of draperies,
but are as practical as a cellular blind. They are available in numerous fabrics
that create privacy while allowing light in from the outside. Roman shades
are woven fabric with your choice of teardrop or flat fold styles. The shades
also have the ability to be raised from the bottom or lowered from the top.
The Doctor recommends a Romasol shade for any room but especially in places
such as the bedroom or office where your privacy is particularly important.
