Motorized RomaSol Shades

Romasol is Dr. shades unique version of motorized Roman shades. We offer a complete selection that have the look and feel of draperies, but are as practical as a cellular blind. They are available in numerous fabrics that create privacy while allowing light in from the outside. Roman shades are woven fabric with your choice of teardrop or flat fold styles. The shades also have the ability to be raised from the bottom or lowered from the top.

_Cellular Shade Overview

When the shade is fully lowered, the design of the cell creates a pocket of insulating air between your window and your room. This can reduce heat loss in the winter and heat gain in the summer, resulting in lower energy bills.
They have great design flexibility and can accommodate specialty windows with curves and angles including bay windows or curved windows such as greenhouses and skylights.
Our "Top Down Bottom Up" feature enables you to raise your blind from the bottom, and lower the shade from the top simultaneously to allow light in from the outside while maintaining privacy and eliminating unwanted glare.

We have Colors and fabrics and materials available to coordinate with any color in your home such as furniture, walls, wallpaper and other décor.
The Low-profile headrail is slim and streamlined.
_Specifications

Power:
Both 12V DC and 110V AC motor options are available, depending on your lift capacity needs. They come with a durable metal roller with compact, concealed silent clutch, and an optional "Top Down Bottom Up" feature that enables you to raise your blind from the bottom, and lower the shade from the top simultaneously.

Mounting:
Outside:
It is recommended that a 1-1/2" - 3" overlap be allowed on each side of the casement.
Measure length to the point where you desire the shade to stop.
Inside:
Inside the casement, measure the exact distance where the brackets will be placed. The factory will allow 1/8" for bracket clearance.

Brackets:
Proper brackets will be specifies based upon the diameter of the shade. Extension brackets can also be used (which adds 1/2" clearance beyond the standard bracket) where side space is desired.
_Control Options
Our RomaSol shades can be made to open in many different directional configurations, including double motor for sloped blinds and are compatible with any type of Control Options that we offer.
_Fabrics
RomaSol shades come in a large variety of soft textured, woven and non-woven fabrics with a variety of pleat sizes, colors that provide varying degrees of light control and privacy.
